He's not sure if he wants to continue to be with you. He is going through some things in life and expects you to sit there and go through the motions with him. I wouldn't stick around because you will start losing your identity. He wants to make you only focus on him and not on yourself. When he says things like “what if we can’t be happy”. Than he's trying to tell you he doesn’t think he could be happy. This man has no intentions on changing how he deals with you. Do yourself a favor quit trying to figure him out and move on gently this guy will wear you down if you let him.
