Someone really good with nutrition please help me with my diet plan!?
just remember to keep working out. Sweat LOTS, thats where you are going to burn off that fat and keep hydrated. with your diet plan i think you should consume a little more calories because its good your not eating too much but you want to stay healthy and not under eat, you need to burn off more calories than you eat thats the trick to weight loss. i mean eat some more nuts because they have lots of protein and good fats. almonds are the best because they do not have too much sodium. Jut remember to stick with it and that by not doing it the right way your only cheating yourself.
