Friends or more than friends?

I walked past him in the hall for the first time and he stopped and stared. That was six months ago. Every day in school we passed each other with a glance that made my heart jump. I've had a relationship with two of his good friends and he still seemed to like me. I now have started to talk to him but one of my so-called " Friends " has been trying to sabotage the whole relationship by telling him stuff from my past with guys which is making him mad at me. Right now I have a boyfriend who is quite boring and I guess I'm kinda into him. I know I could do better. Even my parents say I can. My and my guy friend still kind of like each other a lot and I don't really know what to do. I'm usually really good with this kind of stuff but now I'm just plain old confused. Please help me with my problem.
