My husbands obsession of his little girl is coming between us?

Wow this is a strange situation because when I read your title I was going to say well what father doesn't love their daughter. My bf LOVES our daughter but I have NEVER felt jealousy. Anyway, yeah it sounds like she is SOO like him that he may see himself in her because they are so alike. You also mentioned that you are worried since he prefers younger girls. Well the kid IS his daughter so I don't know if you should start thinking weird things!! You must be in your 30's or something so he didn't marry you at age 15 so that doesn't mean he see's her differently. I am not sure what is going on but to me personally another person can never come between me and my kids regardless of anything and he really LOVES this child for whatever reason and it seems like there's not much you can do but let things be. And what do you mean you don't see how unless his daughter is removed? She isn't going anywhere!! That's what you have to accept! Then try to talk to him about going to counseling or going on a vacation just the two of you. I mean, if he doesn't try to change then you can't change him! good luck
