OK. I'm going to start From the Beginning 2 give u the best view of the situation, about 3 years ago i lost my virginity, everything was fine. me and the girl broke up cause she moved away and as bad as it sounds i had sex with her friend and ended up dating for about a month, during that month nothing went wrong but the last time i had sex something weird happened like some sort of discharge. a few days later me and my ex got back together and i went to go see her, we had sex. 2 days later i was in the shower when i noticed that under the foreskin of my penis it seemed like my skin was peeling. i simply washed it away. Life Threatened by roommate, legally can the lease be broken?

You're going through depression and you have no confidence. The best thing for you to do is to see your doctor and tell him how you are feeling, exactly like you've done here. They'll be able to assess you and see how depressed you are. They'll maybe put you on an anti depressant or something which will help your mood which will in turn help your confidence. Then you'll have the motivation to do things that you want to do and this again will build your confidence. But go soon. My fiance and I moved into a 2 family house 9 months ago. We live upstairs and a young man lives downstairs. We never had any problems up until 2 months ago. The guy downstairs had his "ex-girlfriend" move in that had just gotten out of jail so she had no where else to go. Before she moved in he also had another guy living their undercover that was not on the lease (but he kept a low profile and was no probelm). Also, we have a dog that we had to sign a contract for and pay a pet fee for every month. He has a huge dog and a cat living their without permission and now this girl. I dont care as long as they arent causing problems. But ever since he had this girl move in who isnt on the lease she has been telling my finace and I what she does and doesnt want us to do with our apartment. Telling us to keep our dog on a leash (he's a 10 lb. chihuahua) and not put our cigarte butts in front of OUR door. She mouths off comments to us every time we are outside. She has her dog out all day and we can't even use our yard. They smoke pot in their garage every night and have all their friends over every night drinking and standing around in the driveway till all hours of the night. We have never said anything to our land lord. We just moved to the area from hours away and dont know anyone here. But, this past weekend I had my sister and brother in law up to visit and I could tell the neigbors downstairs were pissed that I had visitors. They brought their two golden retreivers along and my bro in law was out on the lawn with his dog on a leash taking her to go poddy and someone downstairs told him to get off of the property before the dog downstairs bites his dog..I confronted the guy downstairs about EVERYTHING that has been going on since this girl moved in (bc it is her dog and cat) and he said that he would talk to her. A friend needs help, and now. She isn't physically abused in any way, I guess you would call it a broken home. At first I thought her drama were just because she was the forgotten middle child, but it really is bad. She doesn't talk to her parents. Her parents can only scream at each other, and for a couple years now shes been telling me that shes the one her family releases all their aggression on. How can I get out of my lease early without having to pay the remaining months rent?

Can a landlord list a property at a certain amount and change it higher right before you move in?

I applied for a new rental with my current rental company, we've always been good tenants and paid our rent on time. Now 30 days later, the previous tenants have vacated the property and I'm about to sign my lease the rental company upped the rent $50 just because "the owner decided it was worth more" and because we're going from a 2 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom house (the property manager literally said this) and the $750 was the same as what were paying for our 2 bedroom. Yes it is a long question and I'll attempt to answer it the best that I can. It sounds like in the beginning of your relationship you had a lot of trust built up for this man who has done nothing for you to think otherwise. So when all of a sudden this lonely coworker decided that she was going to target this "nice guy", his niceness started to respond by saying "well maybe her intentions are innocent", however I agree with you on the fact that he should ignore his curiosity and place his focus more on you. His explanations probably did not make sense because he was "caught" having that curiosity. The problem is when we have curiosity such as this situation, it tends to turn out emotional and we end up making the wrong decision. Welcome to lust. i did not read 100% of this truthfully, but this is what i would suggest. i have had the same thing and i went to the doctor. they said it was not a uti but put me on antibiotics anyway beacause i have adrenal insufficiency so he donst take chances with me. it went away. then i had it again and all i did was drank a bunch of cranberry juice and havnt had one since! :) i didnt think it was a uti beacuse it didnt feel the same at all. after i did some reasurch i found out that it was a very minor type of infection that usually dosnt show up. idky. but just drink some cranbery juice and if that dosnt help then go to the doctor! :)

Was my car sabotaged at MOT? Mechanic's opinion please :)?

I took it to a new garage. Booked it in for the MOT, it failed but I kinda hit it off with the manager while it was being done so he did the required work for free AND only charged me half price for the test. Anyway, I ended up on a date with the manager, and we spoke about my car and the fact I havent had it serviced for a long time, he was really concerned and said I really need an oil change etc and I should book it in, so I did, for two weeks later when I got paid. Just over a week later, I broke down, diagnosed fault was 'no compression'. Im still dating the manager so obviously it went to his garage. There was severe engine damage from sludge and at one point it was looking like I needed a new engine. They sent off the cylinder head to be skimmed and pressure tested and had an engineer look at some slight wear to the cam shafts. Engineers report came back ok so it looked as though the engine could be rebuilt, rather than replaced. Then when they started working on it, piston 1 was dry, suggested an integrity problem with the bottom block, even though it had sat for three days and hadn't leaked at all. Back to needing an engine replacement. However, the manager wanted to do everything in his power to help me, and appeared to have already gone well over and above the call of duty. He said there was a chance the repair would still work and he would risk it, at his own expense, before saying a new engine was definitely needed. So the repairs appeared to work. He is keeping a close eye on it, checking levels every few days at the moment, but he seems very pleased with it and it is running fine. My final bill was half the cost of a reconditioned engine and included the engineer's work, labour, a head gasket set, a water pump, coolant, oil and filter, cam shaft bolts, spark plugs, thermostat and coolant. I am over the moon that I dont need a new engine. However, something has just entered my head and I know I am probably just being ridiculous but wanted an expert's point of view. When I booked the car in for the MOT, I filled in a form which asked me when car was last serviced. I put a '?' cos it has been so long. I am a young single woman and may therefore be considered an easy target. Is there anything they could have done during the MOT to make it lose compression a week later? They ended up with an 800 pound job out of it, and I know there are some dodgy garages out there. Maybe the whole thing, the manager's charm, his generosity with the MOT, his offer to take a risk for me to save me having to have a new engine .. could this all be part of a scam? Nobody could have done anything to the car, except for during the MOT and it was in there less than an hour, so I think I probably just am over-analysing .. and I know failing to change the oil for such a long time will, without a doubt, cause problems. I had sludge at my filler cap a year ago and ignored it (yes I know I am a complete idiot). The only thing which is making me slightly suspicious is the fact that it broke down just a week after the MOT. Coincidence?? ... Very interested to hear what people think ....

I know that I am very fortunate to have the things that I have in life. There are very many people that dreamed they had some of the things I have. I have a beautiful baby girl, a wonderful husband. We are all in fairly decent health. We are okay financially. My husband works out of town for about 7 straight months out of the year. I feel so isolated most days because my husband works so much and I don't have many conversations with adults. I do not want my husband to quit his job because I know he enjoys it and the benefits are great but I just think it is taking it's toll on me emotionally. I am not a very outgoing person and the more I isolate myself from the outside world the more unhappy I become. I don't even know if I suffer from depression because sometimes I feel like I am just sabotaging myself. I feel like I always look for the negative with everything. I don't know why I do it. I've been dating my boyfriend for about 4 years now. We love each other, but we drive each other insane sometimes. We always laugh it off and have a usually good time together, but lately it's just been getting harder and harder it seems to get along, or sit in the same room without picking at each other. Sweat LOTS, thats where you are going to burn off that fat and keep hydrated. with your diet plan i think you should consume a little more calories because its good your not eating too much but you want to stay healthy and not under eat, you need to burn off more calories than you eat thats the trick to weight loss. i mean eat some more nuts because they have lots of protein and good fats. almonds are the best because they do not have too much sodium. Jut remember to stick with it and that by not doing it the right way your only cheating yourself.

Im surprised you dont have a copy of the lease, which is handed over after signing. As long as you have all your rental receipts, these will be your proof that you are being charged $25 extra for nothing. Might be wise to seek legal advice, looks to me you have a good case here. Breach of Lease by Landlord?

Hello, me and my wife moved into a condo managed by a certain company. When we moved in they said that the hot tub was fully functional and never actually let us in to see it claiming they did not have a key. Then we moved in and we were told that the HOA division responsible for the building did not have the money to fix the hot tub and there was no date set in stone when it would be fixed. We recently saw an add by the same management company trying to lease another unit in the building saying there was a fully functioning hot tub. We printed it and kept a record of this. It has already been six months and the agent being the management company for the principle did not inform us of this while moving in. Can we technically sue for all of our money back that we have paid so far on the lease, aside from just breaking the lease scotch free, which I know we can do. How much would that cost and would it be worth it? Probably about 6,500 spent so far

If I were you, I'd confront the landlord and be honest. Mention that they have no place to go and your only option is for you to take them in. Most apartment complexes (actually I think all) charge you extra for having pets in the house. But to be honest I had a cat in my apartment and my landlord or manager of the complex never knew nor found out. I find it the right way to be honest because if the landlord were to find the cat and you never told him/her then that's twice the penalty. Just be honest! :) Good luck!

It could be a problem with the soft pallet which is quiet common . It is most common in short nose breeds but other breeds can have it too. My toy poodle has it. The soft pallet is a flap of tissue that stops food and liquid accidently going down the air passage. In some dogs it flops in to the air pipe and blocks there airway which causes them to have problems breathing it can sound like they are snorting. It is nothing to worry about and will often pop out itself but sometimes the dog will sort of pass out and when it falls to the ground this causes it to pop out and the dog is fine. You can if you know waht you are doing sort of joult the dog under the chest which can make it pop out. A vet can show you how to do this.

Well for the tack stuff I've never been in a lease where they provide tack so you're lucky if you do find someone to provide it and they usually charge extra. If you have never really done english then you need lessons. You ride a lot different than in western, there's more balance required in english. The only horse in that ad I would recommend for you would be "Calise "Spungold Givemewings" as it sounds like a patient horse as even though you have been riding for a long time you'll find your balance won't be very strong in english where you'll want an easier horse. That last horse also does western so you could always stick to western. If I were you I would just get a cheap saddle off of ebay (I had an english saddle from there for about 50$) unless you want quality then go with doversaddlery.com or maybe stateline.com. Western saddles will be more expensive though.

Overweight girlfriend problem?

My girlfriend is 30 y/o, 5'4", and weighs around 135lbs. We both know she is overweight & looks it, and needs to lose about 15-20lbs. BAH After Divorce in the Army?

I have filed for divorce in Texas, and it will be final after 60 days. I am an E-4, collecting the BAH W/DEP rate. Both my wife and I are on a lease off post that will last another 10 months. I went to the dentist 6 Weeks ago complaining of sensitivity & toothache in 1 of my bottom teeth,she said i needed a filling at the front which happened the next time i went.I then went on holiday for 18days to find i still had the toothache which i had to buy painkillers everyday.The day after i came back i went back to the dentist to tell her i still had the same problem she took an X-Ray and said there was nothing wrong & that i had stress or was most probably grinding my teeth which i do not do, the next week after a week of pain i was in the supermarket when i seering pain came in my mouth and i burst into tears with the pain, i left the supermarket,got in my car and went straight to the dentist where i was seen straight away as i was in distress to have another X-Ray to be told again there was nothing wrong with my tooth, i insisted something was done and she agreed to take out the new filling she had done and re-do it, half way through she stopped and took another X-Ray only to find i had a hole on my nerve,. commonly known as a pin point hole she said so all along i did have something wrong, the story does not end here, she proceeded to remove the nerve and then refill it, she said i would have some pain as she had removed the nerved and that i would need a root filling at a later date.I have booked in for 2 weeks later, this was on Tuesday just gone, when i got home i did have a lot of pain and by the evening i was ok, the next day it was a little bit sore again and by Thursday i was in agony again but put it down to the taking out of the nerve, I had by this time taken quite a lot of pain killers as the pain was coming every few hours, by Friday evening i was crawling the walls and was taking painkillers every hour, i did not sleep at all that night and was on the settee ALL of the night rocking myself back & forth, whilst up i went on the internet to see the opening times of my dentist and it said they were open on a Saturday 10-2pm to which i went and found they were shut, from there i went into the Bardoc the emergency dental place which told me to ring back at 5pm, i did this and they rang me back but because i had taken my painkillers 30Min's before they rang and was not in extreme pain i was not eligible to go, 30Min's later my tooth flared up but unfortunately i had no credit to phone them back so had another sleepless night crawling the walls, i got some credit put on and rang Bardoc Sunday morning where i was told to come down straight away, when the dentist undid what the original dentist did it was found she had left some of the nerve exposed and that was why i was in so much pain.They also told me it would be wise to find another dentist due to the mess they had made and the negligence i had received over the 6 week period.Also due to the amount of painkillers i had taken over a 3day period which was in excess of 150 i was told to go to the hospital which i did and who wanted to keep me in and i was put on a drip as an anti-dote, i was sent home wondering why this had happened and that i had told the dentist 6 weeks go i had a problem to be then have a bad job done on me. I recieved my Bachelors in Public Relations this year from a well known University in Tennessee. When I started school all the professors claimed this was an up and coming career that will be heavily needed but now the economy has taken a turn for the worst and there is absolutely no need for PR people like was promised. Others I know have been applying for Administrative Assistant Positions with their PR degree and I have done that and also Leasing consultant positions. But what are my other options? I have no idea what more to look for! All the jobs that are considered PR/ Marketing are all door to door sales (believe me, I've had more job offers than I can count for that).
