Renter wont sign extended or new agreement. What can I do in TN?

We rented a lot to a friend so the mortgage co would make the sale and allow her to put her double wide Mobile home on the lot. We signed a one year lease for $0 amount knowing later we might have to rewrite the agreement. This was a very good friend in desperate need, so we have not asked for her to sign a new agreement for 2 years. This person is well off enough now to easily manage the rent. I have recently lost my job and now WE are desperate. She will not sign the agreement..where do we go from here?

That third quatrain does fit the rhyme scheme, although created/defeated and a-doting/nothing are "slant rhymes" (also known as "off rhymes or "near rhymes" among other terms) rather than perfect rhymes. That is, the words don't rhyme with each other exactly, but sound similar enough that they can be considered rhymes.

The end of my lease is up and im confused?

I've never rented a room until i rented a room in december and my lease ends in the end of june which is in a couple of days, According to my landlord im suppose to give a 30days notice even though the lease is up? I paid my deposit i payed the rent on the 1st, and he is telling my that i need to pay rent for the room i have until tuesdays of next week, if i dont it results in forfeiture of my deposit plus 3 months rent and 500 in court? Even though my six months are up on tuesday and i already payed junes rent?

Breaking lease under military clause?

I signed an apt lease and very shorty after married my husband who's in the navy. I continued living at my apt in Texas because he deployed right after we married. My husband will be returning to VA here he is based and I want to break my lease and move up there. My apt is telling me I cant break it under the military clause because he isn't on the lease. After we married I asked if I needed to add him and they so no because he wasn't going to be actually living at the apt. and since he isn't on the lease the military clause does matter. Does anyone know if this is true?
